I had to remove .NET 3 before removing .NET 2, after doing so I now get a
404
error (page cannot be found) when trying to add a web reference.
Something
must have broke after removing the other .NET versions so I then
reinstalled
them to see if I could get back to the original Server Application error.
This didn't change anything and I'm still getting the 404 error. I'm now
going to completely uninstall and reinstall BizTalk and Visual Studio,
then
try BT w/ SP2.
