Problem adding a Reference to Web Service

I'm using BizTalk Server 2004 and having problems with the Tutorial Module
2 
(lesson 2 part 4).  When trying to add a Web reference to the Suppliers
Web 
Service I get a "Server Error in '/B2BSupplierProcessPO' Application" 
Here 
are the details:

The only other information I can find on this issue is that .NET should be

2.0 and the project should be compiled first with the webservices.  I did
try 
compiling and got the same result.  Did I miss something?  I would like to
be 
able to add both references to the web services.
