The project that contains the pipeline must have a reference to the
project with the schemas in it. Also, probably, the Schemas-project
must be compiled before it will show up - perhaps you even need to try
to compile the pipeline project before it will show up.

The pipeline project must be deployed before you can choose the
pipeline in a send ****t. If the projects has been deployed, then
refresh the BizTalk Explorer view.
