Remove functoid from toolbox

Hi

As you can see at http://www.eliasen.dk/biztalk/toolbox.jpg
, I have
written a functoid... only I made a small mistake with the icon, or
whatever. The functoid is now in the toolbox, and it wont go away. I
have removed the dll from the mapping extensions directory, and I hae
reset the toolbox so many times, you wouldn't belive it. But the
functoid stays in the toolbox.

And the worst part is, that if I accidentally place the mouse over the
functoid in the toolbox, vs.net crashes bigtime.

So, how do I remove the functoid from the toolbox?
