Hi,
There are no custom bam api's for what you are talking about, there are
the
BAM views not the tables in the database, and you can of course use the
Cubes that a bam activity view will create, and use sql agent to populate
these as and when required.
The BAM data is a database, use it like one, if you find perf issues, move
the database onto it's own instance of sql. Implement the BAM archiving,
and
purging procedures in the do***entation.
