OK last thing then, did you write out the xpath using Trace?  Also
copy the value from the schema in VS.  Lastly use Xml Notepad 2007

or the DanSharp (not me) vierwer that's on BizBert (http://
www.bizbert.com/bizbert/2007/11/25/DanSharp+XmlViewer.aspx) and get
the xpath from there.  I'm pretty sure this is just an xpath issue.
Copy the suspended message out of the BT Admin and try it out on it.
