I hope I unerstand your question correctly, so I'll answer as a statment to

be sure - 
You can include as many orchestrations as you want in one assmebly
(=project).
Each one can be completely independant with it's own binding/subscription 
which would mean each one will be started, and completed independantly. 

The only thing to consider when "bundling" artifacts together is
deployment, 
or rather - maintenance. if you put them in the same project, and you need
to 
update one of them, you will have to undeploy both orchestration (as you
will 
be undeploying the assmebly and then re-deploy both orchestrations
