But Claus, there is no 
msgRequest(WCF.Operation) = "<operation_name>";

only 

msgRequest(WCF.Action) = "???"

I have tried this: 
msgTMXMLWSReq(WCF.Action) = 
   "http://tempuri.org/IESBEDSService/SaveCustodianDo***entExceptions";
