That is mostly true. it just comes down to what is the definition of Live
and 
Archived. 
From HAT's perspective "live" data is the data moved to the DTADB
regularly 
(every minute as was said). that is considered an acceptable delay for
HAT. 

However - it is best practice to archive and purge the DTA DB regularly to

keep the size of the database under control, for that reason you have the 
option to view "archived" data. this would usually involve restoring a
backup 
of old DTA data to another database and pointing HAT to look at it as
opposed 
to the "live" data.
