Can't you chain them together in another SSIS package? And then have
them execute in the order you want from within there. Are these just
like mapping packages in SSIS? You could certainly go down this path
of using BizTalk, but if your solution is purely SSIS I would try to
avoid it. It's a lot of overhead just for that.
