I receive some files from an external system that are not well formed XML
(illegal characters being used in multiple fields). These files currently
fail in parsing.
The external files can not be changed so I still need to receive them and
just pass them to another application for processing. How can I configure
BTS to bypass checking the file structure and just pass it through?
