Flat file disassembler, crash event: memory is corrupt

There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: ....Source: "Flat file 
disassembler" Receive ****t:... URI: ....Reason: Attempted to read or write

protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is
corrupt.

What the hell is going on?
