Id this error occuring when you test the map inside VS.NET? In that
case, try rightclicking your .btm fil in solution explorer and choose
properties. Set the "Validate TestMap Output" to false. Then test your
map again. Now you can get to the output of the map. The error usually
means that no output is created at all.

Have you set the "TestMap Input Instance" in the properties correctly?

Have you set the "TestMap Input" to "Native" if you are testing with a
flat file as instance?

I don't think this error has anything to do with your output schema.
