Biztalk automated integration

I'm new to Biztalk development and we're evaluating the product to see if
it
would be a good fit in out environment. I do have a question I can't seem
to
find the answer to. Is it possible to programmatically generate a pipeline

and send and receive ****ts from an do***ent? My thinking is this: a
customer
fills out a form that contains fields for a send, and receive location as
well as a file name to transfer. Using this form is it possible for
Biztalk
to automatically plug all this information in and create either an
orchestration or a pipeline to move the file, or does it have to be
manually
created by a developer? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
