tracks. Qatalys is expanding its current service offerings and is
actively looking for BizTalk professions who are willing to travel and
set up operations in India at our Chennai office.

new ideas providing hands-on guidance for Biztalk implementation.
Qualifications
The person should have great communications skills, leader****p
qualities, person who can interact with clients understand the
requirements and provide guidance to a team of developers.
Expertise on Biztalk for atleast 4 yrs.
Person who can complement our sales team growth plans, translate
customer requirements to $$
Ability to leverage your expertise with BizTalk to drive the design,
development, and analysis for software solutions.
Maintain quality customer relation****ps --with the ability to manage
expectations and communicate effectively both to IT management and
business owners.
The position is a technical position requiring advanced programming
this person will take personal responsibility for the professional
development of the project team and eventual quality of delivery. The
person should mentor other junior and senior BizTalk specialists
* Expert knowledge of BizTalk Server e.g. messaging, orchestration,
etc.
* In depth experience in understanding and defining business processes
and also in implementing BizTalk Server 2006.
* Expert knowledge in configuring BizTalk Server Administration
Console.
* Must be able to configure, deploy, stop and start applications
across multiple servers, deploy and administer application packages
and messaging components.
* Experience working with complex orchestrations and ability to create
mapping and integration line do***ents and context diagrams is
essential.
* Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of
exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs.
The position will require international travel.
