Hi,
Recently we started an integration project in which we are integrating MS
CRM, MS GP 10 and a custom PHP ****tal through Biztalk.
Now, while we were able to configure the Dynamics CRM adapter to send
messages to CRM, we were not able to figure out how to receive messages
from
CRM. I checked out on various sites and felt that Dynamics CRM adapter can
act only as a send adapter but not a receive adapter. Although we can
"Fetch"
data using Dynamics CRM adapter but we cannot "Receive" messages from CRM.
Is
this right? If yes, then how can we receive messages from CRM? Do we need
to
use some other adapter?
What we were thinking was if this was the case then we could create a web
service from CRM what will send message to Biztalk and we can use SOAP
adapter for Biztalk to listen to these messages.
Please let me know if this is right. Or we can adopt a different approach
too?
