Administrator Console - Status on the Biz Talk Application is Not

I have made one BizTalk Application. its successfully build & Deploy.
So after deployment, I can see this application in my Microsoft Biztalk 
Server 2006- Biztalk Adminstrator Console.
But when I do right click on this application it show me the
configure,Start 
and Stop option disable.
So at my side, I check in the Biztalk Group Application, but there is is 
showing me all application status asa "Not Applicable".

So I am stuck over here and cannt be able to proceed further.. and In Host

Instance HostName "Biztalk Server Application" status as Stop, when I
change 
its status to start manually then also after refre****ng it shows me status

stop.
