MSMQ Adapter

Hello, I have two BizTalk applications installed. BizApp1 and BizApp2. The 
applications communicate via a common queue - BizAppQueue. When BizApp1 
writes a message onto the BizAppQueue, BizApp2 can take up to 30 seconds
to 
collect the message. Can someone please explain why this is. Can I
configure 
the poll time for my msmq receive adapter? They appears to be no poll 
interval to set on the msmq receive adapter.

Please Help!
