Error on installing MS CRM 3.0 adapter on 64 bit windows server 20

I'm trying to install MS CRM 3.0 adapter on 64 bit windows server 2003. I
get 
following error on installation.

"Could not add BTS adapter for Microsoft Dynamics CRM successfully. Please

check install log."

Log file shows this error:

INSIDE INSTALL. 
Making registry entries for the adapter.

Registry entry added for the adapter.
Adding adapter. Adapter name - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Cannot read trans****t configuration. Verify if the adapter management 
component is installed on the local machine.
Failed to read value for 
"CLSID\{D38D5DCC-2B30-43b9-9C69-3BBFD0926986}\BizTalk" key while reading 
trans****t configuration from registry.

Is CRM adapter sup****ted on 64 bit OS.
