Hi,
Been trying to get a Navision Commerce Gateway 4.00 adapter working
between
BTS2006/SQL2005 and Dynamics Nav 4.00 SP3. (previously we had been using
Nav3.10 SQL2000 server option and BTS2002, I understand signifigant
differences.. however have manually converted do***ents and maps to
BTS2006).
We don't use standard Navision do***ents, and have chosen not to use
orchestration. I have successfully mapped FF or XML into NavisionXML
do***ents by dropping into FILE receive ****ts, creating correct doco in
FILE
send ****t - using BizTalk. Expected that a simple FILE receive and a
"Commerce Gateway" Send ****t might have been enough to drop a file into
Navision - but no such luck.
2 problems..
A. One minute after I start the Navision Application Server 4.oo SP3, I
get
the error:
"This message is for C/AL programmers. The call to member Find failed.
CGReqClient40 returned the following message: Object reference not set to
an
instance of an object". -- I can see a CGReqClient40.dll have tried to
register it but it won't.
B. When I drop a file into the ReceiveLocation, and the file disappears
(BTS
trying to process it) we get another error that attempts 3 times (by
default).
"The adapter failed to transmit message going to send ****t
"CommerceGateway_to_XXX" with the URL "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7528 (XXX)". It
will
be retransmitted after the retry interval for this Send ****t. Details:
"Unexpected error in Commerce Gateway Custom Adapter. Original error
message. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Message
rolled back into BizTalk".
