Installing Biztalk 2004 SP2

The initial installation guide for Biztalk contained several example
scripts 
to cleanup and archive the Biztalk Databases.
SP2 promises to do the same.

Do I need to delete the original DB cleanup scripts/jobs when installing
SP2?
