Service Error

Hi,

We have two nodes running BTS EE 64 in Windows 2003 Standard  64 Bit.

After installing a new solution, we tried to restart the host instances.  
However we got the error below for all the host instances of one of the
nodes:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely 
fa****on.


Any suggestions?
