Hello, I have an issue with attachments and CID wrapping.
I have found the kb on turning on CID wrapping

however I am still having
issues with my trading partner accepting messages.
My tp does require wrapping to be enabled, however when I enable wrapping,
I
get the angled brackets in the mainfest where they say they should not be.
The effect we requires is the CID in the mime details should have the
angled
brackets, however the manifest xml should not:
<UniversalResourceIdentifier>cid:mickeymouse</UniversalResourceIdentifier>
Content-ID: <mickeymouse>
This seems to work ok on the BizTalk 2002 system we are trying to replace
however on the 06 system it is not working the same.
Is there any way to disable the cid wrapper in the manifest only?
