MLLP Request Response on Physical layer

Hi ,

   Thanks in advance...
1. a) I am having Orchestration subcribed to a message(request) direct
bind.

   b) Map Request schema to ACK schema
   c) Flat file pipeline for receive and send 

2. a) On physical layer i have configured MLLP Request Response ****t
   b) Outbound map set to the map in 1 a) 
   c) Recive location configured for MLLP, given host name,****t number
etc.
  d) Recive pipeline and send pipeline specified as in 1 c).

But i am able to receive the Request from MLLP and orchestration able to 
process it.
But not able to get the Response ACK message.

I am using MLLP utilies mllpsend.exe ..

Please help in the same respect....
