ACK Namespace

For some reason the pipeline is not generating ACK messages.  I think it
has 
something to do with the Namespace of my schemas.  What are the
requirements 
to get ACK messages generated as far as schemas go?  Does it matter what 
version of the common schemas I have deployed (2.4 or 2.5)?
