Win the Lottery with DOS

If you are a DOS person and you like to play the Lotto, there is a program 
that I wrote called Lotto Dowat that is written in Quick Basic that is

This program as far as I know is the first of it's kind to actually try to

mathematically figure out what the next Lotto number is going to be.  It 
seems that someone should have already thought of it but I couldn't find
