Hi Team:
Setting up a new SBS 2003 Premium installation at a client.
1. Had SBS2003 SP2 installed with SQL2000 server/ SharePoint. SBS2003
backup (from Server Management) ran perfectly.
2. Trying to Upgrade to SBS2003 R2.
3. Upgraded to SQL2005 server/ SharePoint. OK. SBS2003 backup ( from
Server
Management) Fails with the following:

What am doing wrong or missing? Any thoughts suggestions appreciated.
