Hi,
I am running Small Business Server 2003 and WSUS 3.0 SP1. I initially set
the WSUS to download everything and it has been running fine. What I
hadn't
allowed for was the mass of updates that were stored locally and how much
of
my server's C: drive would be consumed by it.
I have modified the settings so that only a subset of the available MS
products are included and I was trying to then run the "Server Cleanup
Wizard" this however keeps failing with the following error:
======================================================================
The WSUS administration console was unable to connect to the WSUS Server
Database.
Verify that SQL server is running on the WSUS Server. If the problem
persists, try restarting SQL.
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException -- Timeout expired. The timeout period
elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not
responding.
The statement has been terminated.

Does anyone know how I can extend the timeout period so that the job can
complete?
