Migrating from SBS 2000 to W2K3 std new domain

I'm going to migrate from a SBS 2000 domain to a new W2k3 std domain. I
only 
needs to migrate over the users, groups and machine accounts. Is it ok to
set 
up the new domain on the same ip subnet, set up a trust between the two 
domains , and use ADMT to migrate over the accounts ?
