Unable to change file or folder name in Home directory - Vista use

We have a SBS 2003. Our Vista users are not able to rename files or folders

in their Home directory. Error message:

     Destination folder access denied
     You need permission to perform this action

Other directories are ok. XP-users have no problems.

The permissions is set similar for both XP and Vista users.
