Eventid 8012 and 8020 on 2nd node of AC SP2 Cluster

My App Event Log on node2 of my AC SP2 cluster is repeatedly receiving
Events 8012 and 8020.  I found 1 hit in the Newsgroup where someones SQL 
MSDE could not start on node2 but that is not the case for us.

Any suggestions besides reinstalling AC SP2?
