No Sound when using save as movie for powerpoint for mac

Office 2008 for Mac.  When using the "save as movie" feature for
PowerPoint, 
the movie file does not have any of the sound from the original PowerPoint

presentation.  Same result when using Save as Flash file.  Does anyone
have a 
work around?
