RPC not available

The automatic synchronizations are not working, the manual are.
Have errors: 5027 Could not connect to taget server %remote server% during

sychronization NAME and job JOB #.Status is 0x800706be.The remote
procedure 
call failed..
Server 2003, App Ctr 2K Sp2, 6 members servers
