George,
Yes this is Windows 2003 with SP1 installed and I have installed the
891330 
hotfix.
I don't know if this related to my other problem (see App Center MMC
Snap-In 
Access Problem). Irregardless I don't get any feedback via the event logs 
when I attempt to create a COM+ component on either of the AC COM+ Router 
servers. The only useful error message is a generic 'OLE Error code
80004005 
: Unspecified error.' when I
create the COM+ component. As mentioned in my previous post, we have been 
using this COM+ Router method for object load balancing on AC Win 2K
clusters 
for several years. Still not apparent yet what we're missing here to make 
this work under these new Windows Server 2003 clusters.
