We would like to be sure if our programs may install this component
(WinHLp32.exe for sup****ting HLP files) or is it necessary for each user
installing our software on Microsoft Vista to download WinHLp32.exe from
Microsoft website and install it by himself?
It would be great if we could include WinHLp32.exe in our installation.
Please let me know if it's possible.
