sorry for my english, i'm french speaking.
I installed a new server with Windows 2003 Standard Edition R2 (french
version). We don't have the choice otherwise, we install english version.
Our server is running with the latest hotfix. I tried to install
Application
Center 2000 SP2, in the beginning of the installation, I received a
warning
message (App. center have a problem of compatibility with this OS version
for
more information go to url:...) but we can continue. The installation is
OK,
all services is installed. After this, I installed the hotfix
QFE891330.exe
for resolving my problem: "The server
{200691B9-C444-4089-8C61-247621196B15}
did not register with DCOM within the required timeout" After this, I
tried
to connect to my server (localhost) and I have the same error message.
The
patch is suppose to fix this but the problem is always there.
Someone have solution for me ?
