Running App Center 2000 SP2 on W2K3 SP1. I have applied the hotfix from

But still getting the following Event ID:
Event ID: 1023
Source: Perflib
Description: Windows cannot load extensible counter DLL MSSQL$MSAC, the
first DWORD in data section is the Windows error code.
Double Checked the changes this hotfix makes and they are all in place.
Should I reapply and reboot again?
Any help would be appreciated!
