This is expected if you only have 1 server in the cluster.  Make sure you 
have the following patch installed also

I get the following error after the install for the App Center Cluster 
Service

Could not start the Application Center Cluster Service service on the
local 
computer.
Error 3:  The System cannot find the path Specified.

This is a clean install on both server and app center.
