Public NIC with NLB keep disable by itself.

We have five (5) Windows 2003 Servers with NLB setup with Cisco 4507
Cat switch for the Thin Clients. Load balance is working fine but the
Public NIC keep disabled by itself (randomly happened between five
servers). The only way to bring the service back is "re-enable the
Public NIC".

Any through is appreciated
