Graphics card and directx 9.0c help

My kid wants to play an online game that requires directx9.0c.  I think my 
graphics card is SISM650 that I think only sup****ts 7.0.  There seems to
be 
some issue with shader1.1?  Anyone have an idea on how to get this game to

work?
