What is the recommended system Pagefile size for W2003Entx64 + SQL

What is the recommended optimal pagefile size for a Windows 2003 Enterprixe

x64 OS running 128GB of ram + (SQL Server 2000 x32 or alternatively SQL 
Server 2005 x64) .

We want to fix the pagefile size to reduce system overhead.
