Newsgroups to which you posted your comments about television are for the
discussion of and questions and answers about specific Microsoft software
packages. None of them are "chat rooms" nor "general discussion
newsgroups". You need to search USENET to find an appropriate newsgroup
for
your discussion. Hint: it will not, repeat NOT, begin with
"microsoft.public..."
If you are a Microsoft employee or contractor, as the e-mail you show
would
imply, I should think you would know better -- thus, I assume that it is a
phoney e-mail intended to keep spammers at bay.
