way to reconfigure $ACSRPL$ folder?

Hi, the partition on which my web content resides for my member server runs

out of room when syncing -- the $ACSRPL$ folder goes over 2+GB.  I have 
another partition on this system which has plenty or room, is there any
way 
to set AppCenter to use another partition for the ACSRPL folder?
