When installing AOE 3 install stops

While trying to install AOE III my install stop while unloading the 2nd CD.
 
Tried to install it again and got the following error message 1618 Another

installation is already in progress. Complete that install before
proceeding 
with this installation.  How do I cancel the 1st installation and
reinstall 
the product?
