Yea im just reinstalling it. Its shows that its uninstalled on my computer
 
but when I search for it, I get folders, I can delete all but 2, one is
empty 
so I dont think that matters but the other one wont let me delete and this

pops up, " Cannot Delete sule0088.mp3: Data Error (cyclic redundancy
check). 
I think thats my problem. I hope you can help.
