Determining DC based on Active Directory attribute of Computer object

Hi,

Is there any Active Directory attribute which can tell whether the
machine in domain is Domain controller or not?

If not, is there any way to determine whether the machine is DC
without using any Win32 API which will contact the machine itself?

Any suggestion\help will really appricuated.
