ATL Window handle m_hWnd in ATL 7.0 incorrect -inplace activation

ATL Window handle m_hWnd in ATL 7.0 incorrect -inplace activation case.

We were using m_hWnd in ATL 3.0 to draw our window in Internet Explorer
Once we have ****ted to .NET that uses ATL 7.0, seems to be broken. Am not 
sure the m_hWnd in ATL window class is the same.

If anyone has any suggestions/comments, Please respond
