I have 2 modal dialog boxes. They are displayed one above the other on the
screen. The lower doesn't have a caption and thus can't be moved by the
user. I want the upper one to "drag" the lower - in case that it moves, so
that the relative distance between them stay constant.
Is it possible and how?
