adding active x controls into M***CEL from VBA

I need to make the date time picker active x control into a singular cell
in 
Excel.

 

The filename for the active x control is mscomct2.ocx.

 

I am just learning VBA, so, I would need a very explicit response, because
I 
am not certain of the proper syntax nor have to properly run a VBScript in

Excel, without the script being viewed as a Macro.
