ACtiveX Termination

by "David@[EMAIL PROTECTED] " <dlappen@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Oct 2, 2004 at 09:59 PM

I am having a problem converting an application in VB6 to ActiveX to run
inside Internet Explorer. The application runs properly, but if I close
the
IE window, I get an error. When in the Development Environment, the
program
is still running. I have shut down all the timers, but am not allowed to
use the END statement or unload the UserControl. In addition, I have
noticed that the UserControl.Terminate event does not fire (and cannot be
called). What is the proper way to stop an ActiveX OCX running in IE?
Ideally, I want to shut down the application when the user moves to a
different URL also.

Thanks
